Combining independent consultant work with traditional professional engagements, Leslie Marqua has worked directly with a wide variety of non-profit, arts, business, hospital and industrial clients and volunteer organizations for the past three decades. She founded Hathor Associates in 2007 to serve the management needs of non-profit performing arts organizations.

The Baltimore City Fair was founded in 1970 as a volunteer organization to celebrate the city’s neighborhoods and people. Over its 21 year history, it grew into an annual event involving most city agencies, 1,000 volunteers, and more than 1 million visitors over three days at its peak.
